Manalis Red presents an elegant blend of Limnio and Mavrotragano – two historic Greek varieties often found in Cycladic winemaking. Deep red in color, with a diverse aroma combining herbal and floral notes with hints of coffee, tobacco and spices. It delivers a full, harmonious palate with soft tannins and a long lasting taste. Enjoyable from its early months, yet beautifully evolving over time.

VINIFICATION
Harvested in early September.
Manalis Red Dry is made from two of the oldest Greek grape varieties, Limnio and Mavrotragano.
The two varieties ripen differently and are vinified separately. Low yields of approximately 500-700 kg per hectare
Maceration lasts 10-12 days.
Aged in 220-liter oak barrels (first and second use).
Suitable for aging, yet enjoyable from its first months.
